Reading:
-I can listen to and answer questions about a story.
Please go to raz-kids.com to listen to, read and complete the quiz for one book at your level.
I will be checking my teacher reports for your completion of this part of your language assignment. |

Practice sight words in your sight word envelope.
- I can read text using fluid and automatic decoding skills.
Read text at your reading level to an adult for 15 minutes. The choices for this activity include: reading folder books, king/queen folder, poetry folder and reading Treasures Book.
Writing:
-I can develop a main idea for writing.
-I can organize my writing with a developed beginning, middle and end.
-I can spell regularly used and high-frequency words correctly.
Please write a story of your choice with a beginning, middle and ending. The story should be at least 4 sentences in length. This story will need to be turned into your teacher.
Spelling:
-I can spell words studied correctly.
Spelling activity: Across & Down
1. You will need to use all 10 spelling words.
2. You will first write the word across, then use the first letter of the spelling word to begin writing the word down.

3. Please select 3 spelling words to use in three different sentences. Write sentences on the same paper.

Math:

Practice all your addition flashcards from your addition flashcard envelope.
